Terms and Conditions

The school motto is "Let Noble Thoughts Come to Us from Every Side."

  • Applications for admission will be accepted only on the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the school office along with the prospectus.
  • No student shall be admitted without a personal interview.
  • An application for withdrawal from the school should be submitted to the class teacher at least one month in advance of the student's discontinuation.
  • A student's name will be removed from the school upon the parent's request, only after submitting a written application to the office.
  • The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only after all financial obligations have been fulfilled and any school property taken on loan has been returned.
  • A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue in the school.
  • A student may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds: disciplinary issues, unsatisfactory academic progress, detention or repeated detention in class, and absence for more than a fortnight without prior notice.

Children who are 2.5 years old as of December 31, 2025, are admitted to Pre-Nursery, with one year added for subsequent classes. For example:

Grade Pre-Nur. Nur. Jr. KG Sr. KG Class I
Age 2.5 Yrs 3.5 Yrs 4.5 Yrs 5.5 Yrs 6.5 Yrs and so on

    The following documents need to be submitted at the time of admission.

  • Original Birth Certificate.
  • Bank Details – Photocopy of Passbook.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
  • 4 colored and 2 black & white passport-size photographs.
  • SSSMID – Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission ID.
  • Vaccination Chart.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Photocopy of the Previous Result.
  • Caste Certificate (only for SC, ST & OBC).
